Refunds & Exchanges

System Wear stands by its products with a limited lifetime guarantee on all materials and workmanship. If for any reason, your experience with your products is less than satisfactory, System Wear will work with you to correct the problem through repair, modification, refund or exchange.

Customer satisfaction is System Wear’s number one priority.


Shipping & Delivery

System Wear uses Purolator Courier for all of its shipments. If clients wish to use other carriers, it is done using their account numbers with the courier they request. Overnight shipping orders must be placed prior to 12:00pm MST.

System Wear will ship internationally please contact us directly with all your shipping details.


Customs & Duty

To ensure on-time arrival of product, U.S. clients are required to provide cross border shipping information, including Federal Tax I.D., and primary contact information for every shipment.

System Wear products fall under NAFTA and are not subject to duty charges within North America.

For all non-Canadian clients, brokerage fees are applied to shipments coming from outside your country. Please check with your preferred carrier for an estimate of what these fees will consist of.
